[Building Sakai] assignments upload size spurious error

We've just started seeing this too but we're only running 2.6. It is becoming critical for us too but has only started happening in the last couple of months - we've been running 2.6 for 2 years.

We have a file size upload limit of 60MB (in Resource) and users are seeing an error message saying (something like) "file size upload limit of 60MB exceeded". The files the students are trying to upload are NOT bigger than 60MB - they are nowhere near this limit.
