[Building Sakai] Getting site announcements

[David Wafula]

Please code example on how to get announcements for a given site, as well
as other announcement types.

I have looked at the classes in  'org.sakaiproject.announcement.api.*'. I
have autowired AnnouncementService into my class successfully, but that is
as far  i can get on my own.
