[Building Sakai] Setting up proxy when installing

Hi

The Sakai CLE 2.8.0 release notes specify setting up an optional proxy using:

-Dhttp.proxyHost=cache.some.domain 
-Dhttp.proxyPort=8080

How does one specify the authentication details i.e. username and password?
