[Building Sakai] How to remove function for tools

Hi All,

        I have a problem, i had set some functions for a tool from
customizer, now i need to remove those functions. I am unable to remove
those functions, so, i have decided to remove those function from database.
I found a table "sakai_realm_functions"  which contains all functions. But i
need the table where these functions are set to that tool. I will help me a
lot if tell me that related tables.
