[Building Sakai] Weird problem with text document

Hi:
We have confirmed that in database the text stored is exactly the same and if you read the file from resources is OK. Only fails when you try to edit the file. But as said by Miguel, only with windows servers. We can reproduce it easily on our development machines too as they are windows. There is not any QA server with Windows, so we can´t test in the QA Server (maybe this can be interesting)
Original text: Esto no cábe
Linux’s Sakai displays this when editing content: Esto no cábe
Windows’s Sakai displays the same content than in database when editing: Esto no cábe
In that case, if you save… next time you have: Esto no cábe
Next time: Esto no cábe
And so on.
There is that jira opened… https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-20611 and closed too quickly, because in qa1-nl doesn’t happen because is a linux. I’d like to reopen the issue, please.
