[Building Sakai] Assignments 2: 1.0 RC 1

Hello!

The KB page below is fairly accurate, there are a number of things on
that confluence page we've done, and I'll work on getting it updated.

The direct links to calendar and assignments I believe are smaller items
( just haven't gotten to them yet ), that may show up.

We [1] don't have any plans at the moment to add back in the private
note and fields. ( Just based on user testing and feedback and seeing if
anyone wanted it. ) We were on the fence about adding back in the grade
report, but since all the grades are stored in the gradebook, it's been
less necessary and lower priority.

Although... if anyone wanted to work on adding those sorts of things in
let me know. :)

Cheers,
Steve

[1] Indiana U. We've started to get occasional patches from folks, but
we're still the primary devs on it.
