[Building Sakai] Samigo Hide/Show Time Remaining Persistence

Hi Stephen,

    Currently there is no setting/property to do it.  The show/hide 
button simply calls a javascript to hide the timer bar from UI on the 
current page.
    You are welcome to file JIRA for this.
