[Building Sakai] Sakai CLE Mobile App Layouts

Hi Avinash,

These are looking great. There are a couple of people interested in this particular project, I wonder if there could be some collaboration going on, especially on the REST framework. I've cc'd in Kasun who yesterday sent around a draft proposal.
