[Building Sakai] SAK-800

[Adrian Fish]

Is anybody actively looking at SAK-800? If not, I will as this would be 
incredibly useful for LessonBuilder as you'll be able to upload zips 
generated by tools such as Camtasia, Articulate and Wimba Create and 
then just link to them. We've also had the usual WebDAV grief ...
