[Building Sakai] OSX maven upgrade

Just a heads up to the devs out there using Mac OSX. The recent
upgrade of Java will also update your version of maven to 3.0.x. This
will fail to build certain Sakai projects so you will probably want to
install maven 2.2.x in order to be able to continue building Sakai.
Just untar the package and update your paths and everything should
work fine.
