[Building Sakai] issues with duplicating a course

Nicole:

As for the Assignment, it is by design the copied assignment would be draft
by default. This is to remind the instructors that they have to change the
assignment with proper dates (not accidentally have it open to students), as
well as other modifications to assignment text and attachments.
