[Building Sakai] Samigo Error

Dear sir


Sorry for the wrong information . we checked the login after the exam , So we thought that error is coming from Samigo . 
We found that the error is coming at the login time itself and it is happening for some students . So what may be tghe problem ?

  From your exception trace, this error doesn't seem come from Samigo. Do you know in which action you can replicate this error?

      I cunducted  online exam with 100 students and exam went well . But when i checked in the server log.

      I found one exception which is throwing continuously. The exception is  " org.sakaiproject.exception.IdUnusedException id=~218693t3MoiIoG5x0lJ0 " . 

      Please see the attached file to view the detailed error .  Please tell me whether it make any performance issue
