[Building Sakai] Samigo error [Was: Sakai teaching learning lenses list owner]

Hi Leslie,

There is surely more than that. Can you watch the logs at Tomcat startup and see if the samigo-tool initialises correctly? Generally this error is that the tool failed to load, right at the beginning.
