[Building Sakai] Message center 2.7.3 in sakai 2.6.2

 I checked out message center 2.7.3 . It build en deployed fine into our 2.6
code. This was done on a clean db for now.  Messages worked fine but on testing
the forums part I get the following error when I clicked on the forum tool
button in the left menu. Forums doesn't open at all. I think I missed something.
