[Building Sakai] Blogs for Sakai 2.8.0

We (Miami University, Ohio) are using Blogwow as our Blogging tool for our
Sakai installation. I have background in Java development and am willing to
take over the maintenance of Blogwow tool if needed.

Mathieu, can you please provide Stuart Freeman's contact info.

FYI, I asked Stuart Freeman about BlogWow!. Here is his answer:

"I haven't had time to work on blogwow since my time has been allocated to
OAE. A few people have been doing some minor work on it though, so it's
not completely unmaintained. If someone else is interested in taking over
as its primary maintainer I'd happily let them because I just don't have
the time."
