[Building Sakai] Blogs for Sakai 2.8.0

Arghh, no. It's nothing like the original Blogger tool. The interface is 
a massive improvement over that. There are similarities to the Wicket 
version of Blogger; I reckon that's what you meant ( hope so anyway :) )
