[Building Sakai] Blogs for Sakai 2.8.0

Buenas Miguel,

Clog is pretty well featured. It's been in production here for a year 
now and is well liked. Obviously I am prejudiced, seeing as I'm the lead ...

On another note, are you interested in merging our user import tools? 
Mine does Excel but not CSV, yours does CSV but maybe not Excel. There 
may be the foundation of a modern love story there ...
