[Building Sakai] Error starting 2.8.x

I am getting 'Error creating bean with name 
'org.sakaiproject.warehouse.service.WarehouseTask.wizard'' error, when 
starting 2.8.x on new Tomcat with Oracle.

Any idea or suggestion?
