[Building Sakai] Sakai App Builder

[Paul Mungai]

Just an observation. Sakai App builder also works perfect in Eclipse Indigo
(2.6) and not in Eclipse Galileo.

This is using the instructions below as provided by Steve Swinsburg (last
comment @ https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Sakai+App+Builder
).

1. Grab the latest from
https://source.sakaiproject.org/appbuilder/update/plugins/
2. Shut down Eclipse.
3. Drop that jar into eclipse/plugins/
4. Restart Eclipse.
5. When creating a new project you'll get the option for a Sakai App
project.
