Gonzalo's handiwork is on display again.

The neo-examp-u skin looks like a steam-punk version of WIndows XP!   Awesome.

Now I have the urge to move the site bar to the bottom, have the items expand upwards and change "My Workspace" to a Windows Icon and call it the "Start Menu" - *that* would be so cool.
