[Building Sakai] Setup of sakai-site-perms

I figured it all out, had to go into the Administration Workspace and create a new page and add the Admin Site Perms tool to that page.

Subject: [Building Sakai] Setup of sakai-site-perms

I am currently trying to setup and deploy the sakai-site-perms tool found at https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/caret/admin-site-perms/trunk to run in the tagged version of Sakai 2.7.1... I have changed the pom.xml to point to the 2.7.1 and the code seems to deploy correctly when I look in the catalina.out (I see no errors at all).

Is there something that I am missing so that the tool will show up for me when I login as admin?
