[Building Sakai] Resources EB

UM did some work on an iCal import/export awhile back -- it's in 2.7/2.8 but disabled by default in sakai.properties (ical.experimental = false). It's considered "experimental" only in that it's incomplete and doesn't yet support many features such as re-occurring events. This sounds different than the EB support you're looking for though.
