[Building Sakai] Default Grade Scale

Good Afternoon,

First where do we go to change the default grade scale site wide?  Second what issues would we see if we cleared out all the default grade scale options forcing the professor to set up their grading scale when setting up their course?

Since each of our departments have their own grading scale the thought has surfaced that having a blank default is better than have a wrong default.
