[Building Sakai] JSP JSF or APACHE WICKET?

Hi Paul,

Of those 2 I would recommend wicket, though I don't have much wicket 
experience - I have found JSF frustrating and limiting.

Sakai supports various frameworks and you will see people have used both 
Velocity and JSP in various places.
