[Building Sakai] wicket showing fatal erroe when i use mvn clean install

Hi,
Change sakai-wicket version back to 2.6.3 so it builds. Then change the version of sakai-wicket in the scorm tool to match. You'll need to find the <dependency> that declares it and change it.

Note to people that use sakai-wicket in their projects - It would be really great if you didn't (you don't need to, see Profile2 and Site Stats). Nothing but trouble with it...
