[Building Sakai] Sakai Wicket Maven Archetype, 1.1 release

Hi Jim,

The appropriate <vendor>.properties file is loaded depending on your vendor config in sakai.properties. The create table script is only run is auto.ddl is true. When the service states up it checks that and if so, runs the create tables script.

Could easily be separated out though, good idea.

cheers,
Steve

I haven't gotten far enough to tell whether these are used only if the global auto-ddl property is true, but it makes me wonder whether it would be better to put the SQL for creating tables, sequences, indexes, etc. in separate files so they could be run as a script if auto-ddl is OK and turned over to a DBA in cases where that is the preferred modus.
