[Building Sakai] NeoPortal Adjustments?

You're talking about something like http://www.smoothdivscroll.com? Seems
like an option, but would a user prefer to wait to get through a list of
items, or just go straight to the site to select it?

Google has opted for just a link to "View All >" on their Notifications drop
down tab, and limits it to around 8 notifications. (This was basically what
Chuck suggested) This takes you straight over to a different page.
