[Building Sakai] Sakai Maven Archetype

> If you can clean out tomcat, redeploy Sakai into Tomcat, then do a fresh
build of the archetype, that might fix things. I can't reproduce this error
I'm afraid.

It finally worked after I cleaned and redeployed. The table was also created
successfully.
