[Building Sakai] pda loggedOutUrl

This just sounds like it's going to be property overload to me
(pda.loggedOutUrl.guest, pda.loggedOutUrl.student,
pda.loggedOutUrl.maintain, loggedOutUrl.guest, trying to think of every
custom case that we might have for different portal. The returnPath is
already passed as an parameter as "/pda". This is a *good* thing as /pda
users probably want to get back to /pda. Maybe this is what's messing it up
for Omer, the returnPath parameter?

<logged out URL>?returnPath=/pda

I think something like this, as well types could have just been handled by
adding additional parameters to the logged out URL and telling someone how
to customize a .jsp to handle each special case they might have?
