[Building Sakai] Can't add new course site?

Do you have sequence created as CM_ACADEMIC_SESSION_S? Like this:

--  This is to drop and redefine CM_ACADEMIC_SESSION_S, and create a trigger based on 
DROP SEQUENCE CM_ACADEMIC_SESSION_S;

CREATE SEQUENCE CM_ACADEMIC_SESSION_S 
START WITH 36
increment by 1
nomaxvalue;
