[Building Sakai] styleable.js

Several of the the velocity templates in portal contain references to a 
file called styleable.js in the sakai-preferable-tool, which doesn't 
exist. It seems to have been moved to portal/scripts but the vms have 
not been updated.

I found this JIRA ticket ...

Does anybody know anything about this?
