[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.6 & DB2, and later version

I have questions on this product if you can please kindly help :

Is sakai 2.6.3 that I download  (sakai-bin-2.6.3) support DB2 ?

How much differences between Sakai 2.6 and 2.7 and 2.8 ?
