[Building Sakai] Eclipse file in indie release projects (jobscheduler)

I recently checked out jobscheduler and it still has Eclipse files in
it (.project .classpath .settings). I think in trunk all the Eclipse
files got removed and added to svn:ignores, is there any reason not
todo this on indie released projects?
