[Building Sakai] How to get access to a courses resources from my tool

Hi,

I am writing a tool where I will be reading files off of a file system and transferring the files for users to the Resources folders.

I am having trouble figuring out how to get even a list of current files stored in the Resources folder from my tool....

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.....
