[Building Sakai] Tomcat Error after successful Maven Build using Wicket option in Sakai_App-Builder

I have tried the Wicket option and created the tool and now the Maven Build
is successful. (I have not changed any code generated by Sakai_App_Builder)

While I am running the Tomcat, I am getting the attached error.
