[Building Sakai] Mneme 2.1.2 and Sakai 2.7.1

An off-cycle kernel 1.1 release was performed at the request of UCT and the University of Michigan before the holiday break.  The release includes KNL-429 as well as a number of other fixes.  The 2.7.x branch was updated to this version of the kernel as well.  UCT, at least, is running it in production.

It may meet your needs.
