[Building Sakai] Hoe to change UI for Resourses

Hi,

         I am trying to change some text at Resources tool like "show other
sites", "Hide other sites ", "Site Resources" for a button. I have done all
the changes in "content.properties" in localization-bundles and
"helper.properties", but changes are not effecting. please, Help me.
