[Building Sakai] Sakai Developers Guide

Sadly, there really isn't one.  Attempts have been made in the past, but 
it has proven to be unsustainable.  What we have can be found at:

1.  SVN repository - 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/reference/trunk/docs/  The 
architecture documents are pretty dated, though largely true.

2.  Confluence - 
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/dashboard.action?spacesSelectedTab=all  
Using the search field is your best bet, since this site is huge and 
full of very old and outdated material.  Caveat Emptor.

3.  Sakai Dev List - (this list) - a place to ask technical question 
which are (generally) answered.  Often, you are steered to what 
documentation exists.
