[Building Sakai] How using Log4JDBC for sakai2.7.1?

I want to use Log4JDBC in Sakai2.7.1.
However, I was not able to find how I could use it if I set it.

Would you teach whom or a procedure?

How may it be settled?
(By the way, tomcat starts in MySQL.)
