[Building Sakai] Asking for advice

Dear All,

Our College use sakai about 1 year. We are thinking about data retention in
the end of this academic year. I wanna ask for some advice on this part,
should i delete the course after a year? or just keep it, but i afraid the
instructor will confuse if there are 2 course with same course id.
