[Building Sakai] hybrid module requires 1.6

This seems like a problem to me, I'm having problems bringing hybrid
in as an indie on systems building with jdk 1.5, I get a Invalid class
file format.  When I try to build hybrid on 1.5 is obviously fails
since it requires 1.6.  So are we requiring 1.6 for Sakai 2.8, if we
are that's fine, I guess I just didn't realize that.
