[Building Sakai] build Error: On adding gradebook service API

Hi Steve,
I have added the below dependency lines in my Project's POM:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.sakaiproject</groupId>
<artifactId>sakai-gradebook-service-api</artifactId>
<version>2.6.0</version>
</dependency>
and now the Maven Build shows the below Error:

Since I am using GradingService for getting Assessment methods, any help is
highly appreciated If you tell the dependencies I need to add in POM files
to use GradingService in my Java class.
