[Building Sakai] Tool accessed event

Hi All,

I'm interested to build a breadcrumbs and for this I will need an event for tool accessed.

I need some suggestions where to put this event. If someone has  some ideas I will be very thankful.
I tried to add it in ToolHandler but is posted not only when someone access the tool but also when someone clicks on a link from that tool in which case is not very efficient.
