[Building Sakai] org.sakaiproject.portal.api.PortalHandlerException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to find registered context for tool with ID sakai.selfcert

Hi Steve,

I have made changes as suggested to "New Tool" files to use "User Directory
Service" and "User". Then we are getting the following Error:

org.sakaiproject.portal.api.PortalHandlerException:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to find registered context for
tool with ID sakai.selfcert

Please find the attached document.

Any Information where to register the tool will be highly appreciated. Also
find the Tomcat Stack Error attached.

Tomcat Error:
Caused by: org.springframework.beans.NotWritablePropertyException: Invalid
property 'UserDirectoryService' of bean class
[org.sakaiproject.selfcert.tool.SelfCertItemsBean]: Bean property
'UserDirectoryService' is not writable or has an invalid setter method. Did
