[Building Sakai] What's current snapshot of RSF?

I'm running into this issue now trying to release lessonbuilder.  They
point at the 0.8-SNAPSHOT, but I can't release it with a snapshot
dependency.  And Chuck said that they need a fix that's in there.  So, we
do need an RSF release.  And now!
