[Building Sakai] Missing components

Hi Shahid,

What version of Sakai did you check out?  If you checked out Sakai trunk in
the past two days, you may need to update once we are done with the
branching process.  Currently, we are branching Sakai 2.9.x from trunk.
 This means we need to increment many versions in trunk.  It may take us
another day before we are fully stable in trunk.

The class error you are running into is related to the reset-pass module.
