[Building Sakai] Script for Checking out all CLE Indie Releases

Brian,

Here are my scripts that let me (a dummy) get up and running quickly.  They do use sakai-trunk-full the Steve mentioned - but make it a lot easier by getting all the pieces and putting them together.
