[Building Sakai] Need access to server with SAK-800 turned on

Hi Sam

I've enabled zip functionality on our 2.7 instance, but I'm having an issue with the "Compress to ZIP archive" option.
What steps did you carry out to enable your instance? I might have missed something out.
