[Building Sakai] FCK editor's size in Samigo

Hi Raul,

This is not able to get changed through sakai.properties. You can either
change the "rows" number in the related JSF files:

<samigo:wysiwyg rows="*140*" value="#{itemauthor.currentItem.itemText}"
hasToggle="yes">

or hardcode to overwrite "outRow" and "outCol" in RichTextEditArea.java
file.
