[Building Sakai] OSP tool problems

Hi Sonette,

If this is happening with every OSP tool then that suggests you might have an incorrect database structure.

Did you recently upgrade? Did you perform all of the database upgrades? Including all of the intermediate ones? For example if moving from 2.6-2.8 you need to perform all of the conversions in series, even if you are skipping versions

This DB upgrade might be worth looking at:
